Guarantee.

I make every effort to design and build the highest quality knives possible. However, should something go wrong, I’ve got you covered.

Your Guarantee

In the event that your knife becomes unusable due to a fault in either its manufacturing or materials, I will offer a full refund including the original postage costs and the cost of returning the knife to me. The refunding of a faulty knife is subject to inspection via photos and/or video, and the knife must be returned before a refund is issued. At this point we can look into replacing the knife free of charge with a new one up to the same value as the original.

Please note, this guarantee covers only manufacturing and material faults, it does not cover any failure that has arisen from abuse or misuse of the knife (please see Care & Maintenance for guidance on how to care for your knife), or changes in appearance of either the blade or handle (steel patination and wearing of etching, wood grain and wearing of polish etc) as a result of reasonable and expected wear and tear over time.

Refurbishment & Sharpening

From time to time, you may want to send your knife in for a ‘spa day’ to bring it back to original condition when new. This can include refinishing the blade and handle (when appropriate), fixing minor damage like chips or broken tips in the case of your knife being dropped, and sharpening the knife. All you need to do is cover the cost of my time and postage.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke, one-off nature of my knives, I do not offer refunds unless the knife is returned in it’s original, unused condition. Any fees incurred in the original sale of the knife including payment fees, duty and/or customs fees and postage costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If you have any questions about your knife, how to use it or how to maintain it, don’t hesitate to contact me here
